Auto e Moto d’Epoca returns to BolognaFiere from October 22 to 25, 2026

Bologna is preparing to welcome one of the most important events of the autumn for all lovers of four and two wheels. Auto e Moto d’Epoca 2026 will take place at BolognaFiere from October 22 to 25, 2026, bringing enthusiasts, collectors, professionals and simply curious visitors to the city from Italy and abroad.

This is not a classic exhibition of historic cars: Auto e Moto d’Epoca is a real meeting point for those who experience the world of motors as a passion, a culture and a form of collecting. During the four days of the event, it will be possible to admire cars and motorcycles from different eras, discover spare parts and accessories, meet dealers and restorers and immerse yourself in the history of this passion.

But it is the size of the event that makes it particularly interesting also for those arriving from outside Bologna. In this edition, 235,000 square metres of exhibition space spread across 13 halls have been made available, with more than 7,000 cars and motorcycles on display and for sale and 14,500 parking spaces. Numbers that help to understand the scale of an event that has now become an international reference point for the sector.

Four paths to experience the passion for cars and motorcycles

One of the most interesting aspects of Auto e Moto d’Epoca is the variety of content on offer. The Show is organised around four thematic paths, designed to guide visitors in discovering different aspects of the world of historic cars and motorcycles.

The first is dedicated to car dealers and restorers, an opportunity to see vintage cars up close, meet industry professionals and explore the world of restoration and preservation. For those looking for a historic vehicle or simply enjoy observing rare and unusual models, it is certainly one of the areas not to be missed.

The second path is dedicated to motorcycles, with a selection designed for two-wheel enthusiasts. The third, called “Between Culture and Passion”, highlights the connection between the world of motors, history and culture, showing how cars and motorcycles have become genuine objects of historical and collectible interest over time.

Finally, the path dedicated to spare parts, model making and automobilia allows visitors to find objects, components and curiosities related to the world of motors. It is a particularly interesting area for collectors and enthusiasts looking for that special piece capable of completing a collection or bringing a vintage vehicle back to life.

A perfect event for spending a weekend in Bologna

Auto e Moto d’Epoca is not just a fair for those who want to buy a car, a motorcycle or a spare part. Above all, it is a place where the passion for motors becomes an opportunity for meeting, sharing and discovery.

But there is more.

For those arriving from another city, visiting Auto e Moto d’Epoca can turn Bologna into the ideal destination for spending a weekend between motors, culture, gastronomy and walks through the historic centre.

BolognaFiere is located in a convenient position and is well connected to the rest of the city. The exhibition district can be reached from the ring road and has parking facilities nearby. Those arriving without a car can also reach the fair from Bologna Centrale railway station using connections to the exhibition district.

And in the evening? Well, after a day spent among cars, motorcycles, spare parts and stands, it is worth taking a few hours to discover Bologna. The historic centre offers countless possibilities: a walk beneath the famous porticoes, a visit to Piazza Maggiore and the Two Towers, an aperitif in the Quadrilatero or dinner in a traditional trattoria to taste some of the specialities of Emilian cuisine.
